The PhaZZer New Static Guard was designed to clip onto the cartridge and prevent accidental deployment within a high static environments and preserve the integrity of the cartridge. This unique design has allowed an unregulated status by the DOT for shipping by air, sea or ground transportation when installed on the PhaZZer Cartridges. This Safety Guard renders the Cartridge inert until removed. No special HAZMAT requirements (PATENT PENDING)
