PhaZZer offers three primary training tracks:

• CEW Operator Certification: Core qualification for sworn officers, military personnel, and licensed security operators.
• CEW Instructor Certification: Train-the-trainer qualification authorizing departmental instructors to conduct local training and evaluate officers.
• Senior / Master Instructor Qualification: Advanced tactical auditing and agency-wide program management.

PhaZZer courses are restricted to active law enforcement personnel, government agency officers, military members, authorized private security agents, and certified instructors. Individual commercial users purchasing non-lethal defense products may access designated civilian orientation modules.

All official PhaZZer Operator and Instructor certifications are valid for 24 months (2 years) from the date of issue. The LMS system automatically sends recertification notifications 60, 30, and 15 days prior to expiration.

Once you complete the online lecture modules and pass the theoretical quizzes in the LMS course player, a "Book Practical Exam" button becomes active. You can select an available time slot with your agency's designated certified instructor or book a session with a PhaZZer master evaluator.

Yes! Certified PhaZZer Instructors log into their Instructor Portal, access the digital evaluation rubric, and complete step-by-step grading on a tablet or computer during the hands-on drill. Upon instructor sign-off, the student's status updates automatically.

Practical exam bookings can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment directly through your student dashboard under "My Bookings". For emergency cancellations within 24 hours, contact your agency instructor or support.

PhaZZer certifications use a hybrid learning model. Theoretical knowledge, technical manuals, use-of-force legal principles, and quizzes are completed online at your own pace. Hands-on deployment and safety drills are completed during the live practical evaluation.

You only need a modern web browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari) with JavaScript enabled and an active broadband internet connection (5+ Mbps recommended for video playback). The platform is fully responsive on desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.

Yes. The LMS course player automatically tracks lecture progress, video playback milestones, and quiz scores. You can log out at any time and resume exactly where you left off.

Immediately after passing your practical evaluation (or final online requirement), your QuestPDF digital certificate is generated. You can view, download, or print your certificate from the "My Certificates" section in your account dashboard.

Every certificate contains a unique verification code and QR code. Agency administrators or auditors can visit our public verification portal and enter the code or scan the QR code to confirm officer name, course title, completion date, and validity status in real time.

Agencies can purchase Training Certificate products directly on the PhaZZer US store, submit a custom quote request for volume discounts, or submit an official Purchase Order (PO). Once approved, onboarding invitation tokens are issued for officer enrollment.

We accept major Credit Cards, Purchase Orders (PO) with manual processing, Direct Bank Wire Transfers, and Check Payments. Agency PO orders bypass credit card processing and transition into approved status upon PO verification.
